Elizabeth Anne Keiser is artistic director of TALL University (Transitions through ArtsLiteracy Learning University). She was a RISCA merit playwright, and has worked in film and television (SAG) on Lifetime, PBS, and AMC channels. She performs in Rhode Island, particularly at Providence Black Repertory Company, and in collaboration with Everett Dance Theatre and Carriage House.
